Bengal experienced 12 festival in13 monthes. One such festival of Bangalees is Durga puja .It is the festival of joy , meery making with friends and relatives and love .Goddess Durga is worship ed with great pomp and show in different puja pandals.She is worship per for 4 days.The first day is known as Saptami.The second day is called Maha astami.On that day sandhi puja takes place.The Third day is called Nabami.The fourth day is called Dasami. Last but not the least onDasami the Durga puja ends with gath bisharjan and sindoor khala.
