10 men complete the work in 10 days

12 women complete the work in 12 days

work done by 10 men = work done by 12 women

work done by 5 men = work dome by 6 women

10 men + 6 women = 10 men + 5 men

Thus, the time required by 10 men and 6 women to complete the work = the time required by 15 men to complete the work.

time required by 15 men = 10×10 ÷ 15

= almost 7 days
