Healthy Food - Healthy food is good for health.and which gives us many proteins and carbohydrates and get us out of diseases and also it gives us energy and and as well as the human nutrition and also healthy food is beneficial for the humans and also the human body.and by eating healthy food our blood will be purified also.many people doesn't like this healthy food and while only few people eat these healthy food they will be strong enough and has a good and bright future.these healthy food will be prepared at home it self.

Junk Food - Junk food is not good for health it causes many diseases and will decrease our proteins and carbohydrates and we will get many diseases and it decreases our energy we can't do anything.our total stamina power will be decreased and there will be lack of human nutrition and also Junk food will cause diseases and is not beneficial for our humans and also for the human body.and also because of this junk food our body will be damaged and we will get many blood infections.and people like to eat junk food and few or the other people will be aware of this junk food.these are prepared outside not at home.if we eat junk we will not have a good and bad future.
