Simple Egg Rice
It turned out to be delicious!! When I say simple, I mean, seriously as simple as it gets! When it's shimmering and almost smoking, add the rice and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until completely heated through. In a saucepan bring water, salt and soy sauce to a boil. Most people won't think twice about serving basic cornbread when is on the table. I might decrease the salt next time to 1/4 tsp since soy sauce has a good amount of salt in it to begin with.
This is a pretty good recipe it does need something but not sure what. Scramble some eggs in tiny bit of oil or butter. Add rice to center of wok.

Constantly was ordering this dish frequently at restaurants and never NOT order it when eating chinese/thai/japenese food.
