Area of Trapezium Formula = 1/2 ( a + b) h

Given:

A = 120 m^2

a + b = 8

So,

120 = (8)h

h = 120/8

h = 15

Therefore, the height of the trapezium is 15 m.

Given :  Area of  a trapezium is 120 m²   and sum of parallel sides is 8 m

To Find : height of a trapezium

Solution:

 Area of  a trapezium = (1/2) ( sum of parallel side) * height

=> 120  = (1/2) ( 8) * height

=> 120 = 4 * height

=> 30 = Height

Hence  The height of a trapezium is  30 m
