Let the number to be subtracted be ‘x’
Therefore, numbers are 9-x,11-x,15-x,19-x
And now we know in proportion means
[(9-x)/(11-x)]=[(15-x)/(19-x)]
[(9-x)(19-x)]=[(11-x)(15-x)]
171-19x-9x+x^2=165-15x-11x+x^2
171-28x=165-26x
171-165=28x-26x
6=2x
x=3 ——- Ans.

No.S are 6,8,12,16
