let the average age of both be X and Y and for average age X/2 and Y/2 so the eq. is
x/2-10/2+y/2-10/2=20
x+y=100
now the second eq.
X/2+y/2+z/2=30
x+y+z=60
z is age of neel
z=-40
since age can't be negative so after five years
