Earth is simply unique and special because of one thing. It has life. Its beautiful and green. Fresh.

It has an atmosphere that can protect us harmful rays of the Sun. It's like our very own security blanket.
With the help of things found and studied on Earth, it paves a way to find life traces on other planets or astronomical objects.
It just not hold life but intelligent life - Us, humans.
Another fascinating element present in abundant is water. The most essential for life. Without water, our planet would be dead.
Astronomers says that our Earth is just the right size. If it is much smaller, it wouldn’t be able to hold our atmosphere and if its larger, it would turn into a giant gas planet.
Oh and lets not forget about our very own Moon. Moon stabilizes our Earth's rotation as well preventing drastic movements of poles that may cause massive changes in the climate which can cause doomsday.

life -the wonder had occurred on the earth for the very first time.it is the only place in the universe equipped with all the facilities needed for the survival as so far known.
