Hello friend

The poem is about a man from petushkee who is completely muddleheaded. Things roung him appear to be topsy turvy as he always does the work opposite from what is expected. For instance, He wears his mittens on toes and ties his tie around his waist. He takes the carriage to reach his destination and falls asleep. Later, He realizes that he did not reach anywhere. Instead, He remained in petushkee only. He feels that this is not a way to treat any man.

Hope it helps you
