Sir,

      With due respect I would like to inform you that I'm Manish Das, a resident of choto sarenga and this address belongs to your area of service. I have been waiting for for a very important letter for last one month. As the delivery of the letter is expected within fifteen days since 18th March, on which day the letter has been posted. But I have not received the letter yet from your office. I guess there must be a problem in the smooth delivery of it. I'm very much tensed thinking about the probable loss of the letter by any unintentional fault.

         So I am hereby requesting you earnestly to search for the letter as soon as possible. The letter has been forwarded to me and my residential address- c/o Bipin Das, 47 Sara Pally, choto sarenga, Bankura.

     I shall be highly obliged if you kindly help me to get the letter as early as possible.
