10cc of a liquid were mixed with 10cc of liquid B. The volume of the
resulting solution was found to be 19.9 cc. What do you conclude?

There is a certain degree of solubility, as alcohol and water are mixed in equal volume.

It will not result in a net volume increase, as the volume of the two liquid are evaluated separately.

In other words, it is bound and one can note partial solubility. 0.1 cc is lost in the mixing of the two liquids.
