2Ag + S → AG₂S

107×2 32g 246g

= 214g

Hence;

32g of Sulphur reacts with 214g of Silver.

1g Sulphur reacts with= 214/32g of Silver

= 6.6785g of Silver.

Mass of Ag₂S formed is 7.6785g

Mass of Silver left unreacted is 3.3125g
