2)first we have to find the current as it is same in series connections

So, equivalent resistance =4+20+1=25ohm

V=1.5V

I=V/R

Therefore, I=0.06amp

Now, P. D of 4 ohm

V=IR

V=0.06*4=0.24v

Now,P.D for 20 ohm

V=IR

V=0.06*20=1.2v

3)P.D across the cell

Where,R=1 ohm

V=0.06*1=0.06v
