HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

ATQ,

eq : X^2-6X+K,

&

A-B=2 , where A,B are the roots of the above equation

HENCE,

SUM OF ROOTS: A+B= 6

NOW,

(A-B)^2=(A+B)^2 — 4AB

SUBSTITUTING THE VALUES,

4 = 36 — 4AB

SO, AB = 8

APPLYING PRODUCT OF ROOT:

AB = K = 8

HENCE DONE
