Oscillatory motion: The rapid to and fro motion of and object is called vibration. But the slow to and fro motion is called oscillatory motion.

For example: If you take a pendulum and hang it and then push it. It performs a small to and fro motion. This to and fro motion is oscillatory motion. The maximum distance it will travel is its amplitude.

Amplitude: The maximum distance of an oscillation is called its amplitude.

Frequency: Frequency is the no. of oscillations per second.

For example: if you count the no. of oscillations in that pendulum i.e, 60 and then divide the count by 60, you get the frequency of oscillation
