Raheja's file has to be kept on the top.

To find:

Number of ways the files can be arranged.

Solution:

As the position of Raheja's file is fixed therefore we just need to arrange 10 files in the drawer.

Number of ways to arrange 10 files = 10! = 3628800

Therefore the total number of ways to arrange the files will be 3628800.
