Given sets are,

A = {1,2,3,4,5,6} and B={2,4,6,8}

While subtracting two sets,we need to remove the common elements of set A and Set B and write the remaining elements of set A

Now,

A - B

={1,2,3,4,5,6} - {2,4,6,8}

= {1,3,5}

Thus,the solution of A - B={1,3,5}
