length of rectangle (l) = 16/5 cm

breadth of rectangle be b cm

area of rectangle = 28/5 cm

lb = 28/5

= 16/5 * b = 28 /5

b = 28*5/5*16

b = 28/16

b = 7/4 cm

Therefore, breadth of rectangle is 7/4 cm
