Perimeter of the track = perimeter of one circle of radius 28 cm + 2 x (length of rectangle)
Perimeter of track = [2 x 22÷ 7 × 28 ] + [ 2 x 112]
= (2 x 22 x 4) + ( 224) m
= 176 + 224 m
= 400m = Distance covered by Kanika in one round around track
