We will try to find pattern

We will  look at the column

Third column:

21 , 26 , 34

now, we can add them

21+26+34=81

we can also write it as

21+26+34=81=9*9

Second column:

15 , 7 , 41

now, we can add them

15+7+41=63

we can also write it as

15+7+41=63=9*7

First column:

we can see that second term of multiplication is decreased by 2

Let's assume missing term as x

12 , 8 , x

now, we can add them

12+8+x=20+x

we can also write it as

so, our next term is 9*5

12+8+x=20+x=9*5

now, we can solve for x

20+x=9*5

20+x=45

x=25

so, the missing term is 25...........Answer
