 = (1^{2} - 2^{2})

 + (3^{2} - 4^{2})

+(5^{2} - 6^{2})

+(9^{2} - 10^{2})

 = (1+2)(1-2)

 + (3+4)(3-4)

 + (5+6)(5-6)

  + (7+8)(7-8)

  + (9+10)(9-10)

 = 3\times (-1)+ 7\times (-1)+ 11\times (-1)+ 15\times (-1)+ 19\times (-1)

 = -( 3+7+11+15+19)

 = -55
