12. A tree is broken by the wind. The top strikes the ground at a distance of 1.5 m fron
its base. If the tree as broken at a height of 2 m from the ground, what is the height of
the tree?​

The broken part of the tree is located 1.5 m away from the trunk

Conditionally

(Perpendicular)²+ (land)² = (Hybrid)²

or, √(2)² + √(1.5)² = (Hybrid)²

or, 2 + 1.5 = (Hybrid) [bring the right side to the left side]

or, (Hybrid) = 3.5

hight of the tree is (3.5 + 2) = 5.5 m
