12. Consecutive numbers are:- (x) and (x+1)

x+x+1 = 63

= 2x + 1 = 63

= 2x = 63-1

= 2x = 62

= x = 62/2

= x = 31

Numbers are 31 and 32

13. consective odd numbers are:- (x) and (x+2)

x+x+2 = 76

=2x + 2 =76

= 2x = 76-2

= 2x = 74

= x = 74/2

= x = 37

both consective odd numbers are:- 37 and 39

Answer:

12. 31&32. 13.37&39

Step-by-step explanation:

12. Let 1 consecutive natural no. be x

so the other no. = x+1 (beacuse they are consecutive)

According to question:

x+x+1=63

2x=63-1

2x=62

x=62/2=31. so x+1=31+1=32

ANSWER = 31&32

13. Let 1 positive odd consecutive integer be x

other be x+2 (because the numbers are odd so the difference or sum must be 2 )(you can also take other number as x-2)

According to the question:

x+x+2=76

2x+2=76

2x=76-2

2x=74

x=74/2

x=37. x+2=37+2=39

ANSWER: 37&39
