a , No. of electrons is 13 and no. of neutron is 14

it is alluminium which has atomic mass of 27 u.

b, in first shell there are two electrons and in second shell there are 8 electrons and in last shell there are 3 electrons .

valency of atom of alluminium is 3 means to become stable atoms of alluminium have to lose three 3 electrons.
