8 men and 20 women for 20 days=20{(8/432)+(20/1080)}=20{(1/54)+(1/540)}
=20(11/540)=11/27

1 woman's work in 4 days= 4/1080= 1/270
number of women needed for 4 days=(16/27)*270=160
