Microbes will never grow in the food kept in a refrigerator because cold temperature is unfavourable for the microbes to act. so their action will be slow or unreactive. No I don't agree. Some microbes which are capable of living in cold climatic conditions can still grow on the food inside refrigerator

it will be inactive for some time until taken out of the refrigerator

you cannot stop it from growing
