12 person can complete work in 18 days
=>12 person can complete 1/18 work in 1 day.
=>In 6 days (1/18)*6 =1/3 of work is done, and work left = 2/3.
After adding 4 more people ,total number of people=16.
16 persons can complete same work in (12*18)/16=13.5 days.
hence work done by 16 persons in 1 day is 1/13.5
hence number of days required in completing 2/3 of work is (2/3)/1/13.5=9 days
Number of more days required are 9 days.
