F-45=15a where F is the constant force

F=45+15a----(1)

Since distance(s)=5m

Time(t)=4s

Initial velocity(u)=0

Using s=ut+0.5(a)(t^2)

5=8a

a=8/5----(2)

Using (1) and(2)

We get F =54.3N
