12. The perimeter of a square is 60m, find:-

perimeter of square=4×side
60=4×side
side=15.
area of square=15×15
=225
After increasing side by 2cm
side+2=15+2/100 m
=1500+2/100
=1502/100
=15.02 m
new area=15.02×15.02
=225.6m
