Khizr Khan was not a Turkish ruler.
Raziya(1205-1240) Sultan was born out of a Turkan Khatun as her Mother and Iltutmish as his father in 1205. Her father Iltutmish was a slave of Turkish Mamluk dynasty. Her father entered Delhi with Sultan Qutubuddin Aibek and then after his death, Iltutmish serve as his successor.
Raziya was crowned as Sultan by her father but no one accepted her and she lost her life in 1240.
Balban(1226-1287) was an Ilbari Turk who was sold as a slave at his young age and purchased by his master Iltutmish in 1233. He ascended the thrown in 1266 when the tussle for empire between the Iltutmish's sons and Nobels were going on.
Thus, he introduced system like Sajda and Paibos and considered himself as "Shadow of God".
Khizr Khan was Taimur's Governor of Punjab who occupied Delhi and established Sayyid Dynasty.
He never took the title of Sultan instead known as Raiyat-i-Ala.
He ruled only eight years from 1414-1421 AD but was very popular among the people due to his generosity and kindness.
