Total students:- 1200+1300=2500

percentage of boys = total no. of boys/total no of students ×100
=1200/2500 ×100 = 0.48×100 = 48%

percentage of girls =total no. of girls/total no of students ×100
=1300/2500 ×100=0.52×100 = 52%

total number of students = 1200+1300= 2500

percentage of boys =( 1200/2500 ) × 100
= 12/25 × 100 = 12×4= 48%
percentage of girls =(1300/2500)×100 =13/25×100 = 13×4 = 52%
