12p+13q=21 this is '1' ×13(multiply)

13p+12q=29 this is '2'×12(multiply)

156p+169q=273 this is '3'

156p+144q=348 this is '4'

from 3 and 4

subtract

156p+169q-156p-144q=273-348

25q=-75

q=-75/25

q= -3 and p=?

12p-39=21

12p=60

p=5

so,p=5,q=-3

1/4(p-q)

1/4(5+3)

1/4(8)

=2
