=> 12x^2-4x+3x-1
=> 4x(3x-1)+1(3x-1)
=> (3x-1)(4x+1)
=> 12x^2-4x+3x-1
=> 4x(3x-1)+1(3x-1)
=> (3x-1)(4x+1)

12x^2-x-1 -12= -4 * 3
12x^2-4x+3x-1
4x(3x-1)+1(3x-1)
(3x-1) (4x+1)
x = 1/3 or -1/4
12x^2-4x+3x-1
4x(3x-1)+1(3x-1)
(3x-1) (4x+1)
x = 1/3 or -1/4

And put = in front of each line
