Well at equilibrium the total pressure was found 9.15bar.Kc kp and partial pressure need to be calculated..

The formula is pv=nrT and the total volume is 1l.The molecular mass is  n2o4 which is  92g and the moles are 13.8gm/92g that is 0.15 Constant of gas=0.083 mole=1k-1 and temperature T =400kp

since pv=nrt p*1l=0.15*0.083 that is 4.98 bar.
