We have total (5+4) =9 ball.

Hence, ways of selecting 3 balls out of 9 balls is 9c3 i.e 84 .

Now,ways of getting 2 blue balls out of 5 is 5c2 i.e 10 and way of getting 1 black ball out of 4 is 4c1 i.e 4.

So,the Probablity of getting 2 blue balls and 1 black ball out of 3 chosen balls is (10×4)/84 = 10/21.
