Perimeter of square=perimeter of rectangle
4*side=2(l+b)
4(10)=2(12+b)
40=24+2b
b=8
So, breadth of rectangle is 8 cm
Area of square=(side)

=12*8
=96cm

Thus area of square is larger by 100-96=4cm
