The elements having the highest metallic character is Na.

The elements given in the questions lie in the 3rd periods.
The correct sequence of these elements given in the questions are ⇒

Na > Mg > Al > Si > S

Now, we know that in the Periods, the metallic character decreases if we move from left to rights.

Since, in this period (3), Na lies first thus it will have the high Metallic character and S lie in the last the it have the least metallic characters.

The Electronic Configuration given in the questions are
⇒

Al = 1s
², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s², 3p¹
Si = 1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s², 3p²
Na = 1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s¹
Mg = 1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s²
S = 1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s², 3p⁴

Hope it helps.
