Answer:

b) ''Dust of snow'' means fine particles of snow. The dust of snow falls on the poet as a crow shakes the branch. This pleasant snow shower changes the poet’s mood. Poet was feeling negative because of some reasons and after the snow dust he is feeling happier.

c) No, Amanda is not an orphan. She says so because she wants to be alone and enjoy being herself. She wants to roam around in the street alone and pattern dust wit her bare feet. She finds silence ‘golden’ and freedom ‘sweet’. It is for this reason that she calls herself an orphan.
