Since it has no solution hence, the algebraic expression will satisfy is $\frac{A1}{A2}$=$\frac{B1}{B2}$not equal to $\frac{C1}{C2}$

so,Now

$\frac{k}{6}$=$\frac{-y}{-2y}$but not equal to $\frac{-2}{-3}$

$\frac{k}{6}$=$\frac{1}{2}$but not equal to $\frac{-2}{-3}$

Now we can see here $\frac{k}{6}$=$\frac{1}{2}$

=>k=$\frac{6}{2}$

=>k=3. ....ans......
