Since it has no solution hence, the algebraic expression will satisfy is \frac{A1}{A2}=\frac{B1}{B2}not equal to \frac{C1}{C2}

so,Now

\frac{k}{6}=\frac{-y}{-2y}but not equal to \frac{-2}{-3}

\frac{k}{6}=\frac{1}{2}but not equal to \frac{-2}{-3}

Now we can see here \frac{k}{6}=\frac{1}{2}

=>k=\frac{6}{2}

=>k=3. ....ans......
