Step-by-step explanation:

Given :--Total no. of seats =1500,

No. of seats in balcony =25%

In rear stall =40%

Ticket cost for balcony =₹ 50

Rear stall =₹40

Front stall=₹30

To find :--

Total collection for a show

SOLUTION :--

No. of seats in balcony =

 = 1500 \times  \frac{25}{100}

=15×25

=375

No. of seats in rear stall=

 = 1500 \times  \frac{40}{100}

=15×40

=600

No. of seats in front stall

=1500-(375+600)

=1500-975

=525

→Therefore,Total cost for show

=375×50+600×40+525×30

=18,750+24,000+15,750

=₹58,500

Thus, Total cost for a show is ₹58,500.
