1) We have to find the perimeter of the rectangle

We have ,

Width of rectangle , b = 13 cm

Let the length of rectangle be ' l '

We know that

Put the given values

$\sf\implies650=l\:\times\:13$

$\sf\implies650=13l$

$\sf\implies\:l=\dfrac{650}{13}$

$\sf\implies\:l=50cm$

Now ,

Perimeter

$\sf=2(Length+Width)$

$\sf=2( 50+13)$

$\sf=126cm$

Therefore, the perimeter of rectangle is 126 cm

2) We have to find Area of rectangle if the length of the rectangle is 15% more than its

width.

Width , b = 13 cm

15% of the width =0.15 x 13 =1.95

Thus , length = 13 + 1.95 = 14.95 cm

Now , Area of rectangle

$\sf=14.95\times13$

$\sf=194.35cm^2$

Therefore , the new area is 194.35 cm².
