To find the L.C.M. of 2.5, 1.2, 20 and 7.5:-

Change the decimals into fractions

2.5 =  \frac{25}{10} \\   \\ 1.2 =  \frac{12}{10} \\  \\ 7.5 =  \frac{75}{10}

L.C.M. of:-

25=5×5

12=2×2×3

20=2×2×5

75=3×5×5

So their L.C.M. is 300

Now, H.C.F. :-

10=2×5

10=2×5

10=2×5

So their H.C.F. is 1

  \large\frac{300}{1}  = 300

So L.C.M. of 2.5, 1.2, 20 and 7.5 is 300

Hope it helps you.....
