280 = 2(4x + 3x )

280 = 2× 7x

280 = 14x

280/14 = x

20 = x

length = 4x = 4×20 = 80m

breadth = 3x = 3×20 = 60m

area of rectangle = length × breadth

= 80 × 60

= 4800m
