Answer:

LET P BE THE PERIMETER

LET L BE THE LENGTH (IT IS 5)

LET B BE THE BREATH (IT IS 3)

P = 2(L+B)

48 = 2(L+B)

SUM OF THE RATIO= 5+3 =8

ONE  PART= \frac{48}{8}= 6CM

L= 6×5=30CM

B= 6×3=24CM

In a parallelogram opposite sides are equal.

∴The length of each side is 30 cm ,24 cm ,30 cm and 24 cm.

Let the length be 5x and 3x

Perimeter of parallelogram → 48 cm

As we know

Opposite sides of parellogram are equal.

So,

5x + 5x + 3x + 3x = perimeter

16x = 48

x = \dfrac{48}{16}

x = 3

Then, Lengths are:-

\tt{5x → 5×3 → 15cm}

\tt{5x → 5×3 → 15cm}

\tt{3x → 3×3 → 9cm}

\tt{3x → 3×3 → 9cm}
