HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,
____________________________
____________________________

As the no of rows and columns were same,
no \: of \: students \: in \: arrangement =  {a}^{2}
Therefore the no of students is a perfect square ~ 1450
therefore a=38 and no of students is 1444

therefore no of rows=38
no of students left out=6
