15-2(5-3x)=4(x-3)+13

15-2(5-3x)=4(x-3)+13
15-10+6x=4x-12+13
5+6x=4x+1
6x-4x=1-5
2x=-4
x=-2

15-10+6x = 4x-12+13
==> 5+6x = 4x+1
==> 2x = -4
==> x = - 2
