15/28 ÷ 4/7

=> 15/28 x 7/4 (We take reciprocal of the number to be divided)
=> 15/4 x 4/4 ( We can cut 7 and 28.)
= 15 ( The second term is 4 and 4, which can be cut and becomes one. So only 15 remains and that is the answer)
= 15
