$⟹</p><p> \frac{15 - 28x}{4} = 9$

$⟹</p><p>15 - 28x = 36$

$⟹</p><p> - 28x = 36 - 15$

$⟹</p><p> - 28x = 21$

$⟹</p><p>x = - \frac{21}{28}$=-3/4

OR

$⟹</p><p> \frac{15}{4 - 7x} = 9$

$⟹</p><p>15 = 9(4 - 7x)$
