Lets suppose the radius is r

2π r = circumference

2 x 22/7 x r = 66

22/7 x r = 33

r = 33 x 7/22

therefore r = 10.5

now diameter = 2r = 2 x 10.5 = 21

therefore the diameter of the circle is 21
