Answer :-

→ usual time of meeting at station is = 6PM

→ One day she reached station at = 5PM

so,

→ She is early by = 6PM - 5PM = 1 hour .

now,

→ Total time both save after reaching home = 10 minutes .

conclusion :-

• They saved 10 minutes on round trip from home to station .
• Since they drive at usual speed , they saved equal time from home to meeting point and meeting point to home.
• Then , Time they save in one trip = (10/2) = 5 minutes .

therefore,

→ Time taken from meeting point to home = 5 minutes.

hence,

→ Total time for which she walks = 1 hour - 5 = 55 minutes (Ans.)
